Remembering George McGovern

Former Senator and 1972 Democratic Presidential Candidate George McGovern passed away over the weekend. McGovern worked as a historian before鈥攁nd after鈥攈is political career.

He wrote several books well into his late 鈥�80s, and in 2009 he published a biography on Abraham Lincoln. 皇冠网址鈥檚 Grace Hood sat down with McGovern in 2009 during a book tour stop in Fort Collins to discuss the parallels between Lincoln and President Barack Obama, and one easy way to reform health care.
