State Supreme Court Will Hear Republican’s Appeal on Redistricting

The Colorado Supreme Court will take up a Republican challenge to new congressional maps in early December. The state must draw new maps every ten years. A Denver District Court picked a Democratic map after the legislature failed to agree on one.
